Citrus foods are a great way to help your immune system such as oranges grapefruits and lemons. There was also cruciferous vegetables those include broccoli, cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, and many other vegetables. All cruciferous vegetables can help protect your body from diseases of aging and cancer. Also Flax seeds are really good for the immune system they look like brown sesame seeds. They are full of Omega-3 fatty acids which are essential for good health. These little seeds are good for the cardiovascular system your blood vessels and heart. They also can help lower the bad fats in the body.
